Ideal three bedroom fully furnished villa in the luxurious residential complex known as “Martin Pescador”. It’s merely one street away from the golden beach Playa Cristal in Miami Playa and is within walking distance to all basic amenities. It sleeps six people comfortably in one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. It has two complete bathrooms, a toilet on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, porch with table and chairs, TV, DVD player, etc.
The Martin Pescador complex is family orientated and children from all nationalities play together in the enclosed grounds of the complex. The large top pool is where the children spend the majority of their time socialising. There is also a smaller children’s pool at the entrance of the complex as well as a covered area where loungers can be placed.
The lounge is spacious with a sofa, two leather armchairs and a large table with 6 chairs. There is a back porch with table and chairs with views of the villa’s private back garden.
The property has central heating for the winter months.

Changeover day
We don’t have a preferred changeover day. Any day is good as long as we have availability. Check-in time around 4pm. Check out time by 10am.

Outside
The Martin Pescador complex is only one street away from the Playa Cristal beach – where there are numerous restaurants, cafes, bar and souvenir shops.
Miami Playa Boulevard is only 5 minutes away by car where you can find anything you are looking for.
Wheelchair Friendly
The complex and grounds are wheelchair friendly but the villa is on two levels and there are stairs to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Coast / Beach
The golden playa Cristal beach is one street away from the complex. There are also numerous coves within walking distance and a fantastic beach within a 3 minute walk.
Golf
The Bonmont golf course is less than 5 minutes away and there are another 4 courses within a 15 minute drive. Aigüesverds is between Cambrils and Reus and the other 3 new golf courses are part of the Port Aventura Theme Park.
Travel
Reus Airport is approximately 25 minutes drive from the villa. Good services at low rates are available from Ryanair. Car hire available at Reus and Barcelona airports.
Barcelona Airport is about one hour and a quarter drive away. Easyjet flies regularly into Barcelona at economy rates.
For those not wanting to rent a car, we can organise a mini-bus for airport pickups and returns at very reasonable rates. This service can also be extended for day trips into places of interest at your request.
Distances
The old Roman town of Tarrragona is 30 minutes away with its stunning cathedral and Roman ruins.
Barcelona is easily accessible by road or rail and average travelling time is about one hour.
For those wishing to see rural Spain, there are very many interesting villages within a short drive depicting the true Spain, steeped in history.
Further Details
Port Aventura / Universal Studios is only a 20 minute drive or you can take the train/bus or taxi.
There are plenty of restaurants and bars along the main Boulevard in Miami Playa as well as several restaurants and cafes within walking distance from the complex.
The beautiful fishing Port of Cambrils with its excellent seafood restaurants and shops is about a 10 minute drive away.
Costa Caribe water park is only a 15 minute drive by car or bus.
Aquapolis water and dolphin park is 20 minutes drive away.
