A luxurious, 5 star property three bedroom, 2 bathroom Penthouse with a private roof terrace and situated in the most desireable area of Salou. Located near the Plaza Europa and within walking distance to Port Aventura this property has all you could want. Fully furnished, sleeps 5 people with one double bedroom, a twin room and a single room. There is an en-suite bathroom and the second bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. The lounge has a dining table for 6 people, settee and there is a large plasma TV, a DVD player and DVD’s for your entertainment. The apartment is new and built to a very high standard with ceramic tiled flooring throughout. There is a balcony that overlooks the fabulous pools, padel (tennis) courts and tropical gardens. My favourite place would be the private roof terrace, which has loungers for sunbathing, a large stainless steel BBQ, a table and chairs with a large parasol, great for dining “al fresco”. The beach and promenade is within a 10 minute walk. On the ground floor of the complex there is a large heated Swimming Pool, a Jacuzzi, Turkish Baths, Sauna and a Gymnasium.
Bath, hand and beach towels are provided as well as bed linen, hairdryer, iron, etc. The apartment can be accessed by stairs or lift and is wheelchair accessible. For those wishing to rent a car, there is private underground parking.

Changeover day
Preferred changeoever day is Saturday, although depending on availability, changeover day can be flexible. Check-in time around 4pm. Check out time by 10am.

Notes on accommodation
A cot and high chair can also be rented at an extra cost of 5 euros a day.
If an extra bed has to be placed in along with an extra set of linen, bath & beach towels. The charge is of 10 euro extra per person and per night.

Outside
The balcony that leads from the lounge overlooks the pool and gardens. There is table and chairs, which is an ideal place to chilling out in while dining al fresco.
A private roof terrace with loungers for sunbathing, a large stainless steel BBQ, a table and chairs for 6 people and parasol for shade. Fantastic views and sunsets.
Wheelchair Friendly
The apartment, the complex and corridor widths are constructed to EEC standards and are wheelchair accessible throughout.
Coast / Beach
The famous and spectacular sandy beaches of Salou and beautiful beach promenade are within a short walk. This property is in an ideal location with all amenities close at hand, shops, bars restaurants, Municiple Market, etc. Easy access to visit Port Aventura and the Aquapolis Water Theme parks.
Golf
Five golf courses nearby, three within a 10 minute drive as they are part of the Port Aventura Golf course. For the golf addicts, interesting and challenging courses of reasonable standard can be found at about 25 km away.
Travel
Reus Airport is approximately 15 minutes drive from the apartment. Good services at low rates are available from Ryanair. Car hire available at Reus and Barcelona airports.
Barcelona Airport is about one hour's drive. Easyjet fly regularly into Barcelona at economy rates.
For those not wanting to rent a car, we can organise a mini-bus for airport pickups and returns at very reasonable rates. This service can also be extended for day trips into places of interest at your request.
Distances
The old Roman town of Tarrragona is 15 minutes away with its stunning cathedral and Roman ruins.
Barcelona is easily accessible by road or rail and average travelling time is less than one hour.
For those wishing to see rural Spain, there are very many interesting villages within a short drive depicting the true Spain, steeped in history.
Further Details
You could actually walk to Port Aventura / Universal Studios.
There are shops and supermarkets within a few minutes walk of the Aquaria Complex.
Plentiful bar/restaurants to suit all tastes are all within a very short distance.
The beautiful fishing Port of Cambrils with its excellent seafood restaurants and shops is about a 15 minute drive.
Costa Caribe Water Park is only a 10 minute drive by car or bus.
Aquapolis water and Dolphin Park is 5 minutes drive.
