New three bedroom fully furnished apartment with fantastic sea views on the beach front of Cambrils. It’s an ideal location as the property is overlooking the main promenade that takes you into the heart of the quaint village of Cambrils where numerous restaurants, tapas & wine bars are congregated around the two main squares and marina.
The apartment sleeps six people comfortably in one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. It has two complete bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with balcony furniture with sea views. The lounge is spacious and has two large sofas, table and chairs for 6 people, TV, DVD player & DVD’s.
The property is part of a complex with a large pool where children meet after they return from the beach for a swim before going into the park in front of the complex. There are also numerous bus stops within walking distance from the apartment that takes you to all the local attractions such as the Port Aventura Theme park, The Aquopolis Water and Dolphin Park & The Costa Caribe Water Park just to mention a few.
The property has air-conditioning throughout and central heating for the winter months.

Changeover day
We don’t have a preferred changeover day. Any day is good as long as we have availability. Check-in time around 4pm. Check out time by 10am.

Outside
The property has a spacious L shaped balcony with views of the promenade, beach & Sea. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes & shops are within walking distance and public transport at your door-step. The main Marina of Cambrils is a pleasant 10 minute walk down the promenade going towards the old part of town. Salou is in the opposite direction and can be reached by following the promenade or by catching one of the regular trains that run along the coast.
Wheelchair Friendly
The complex and grounds are wheelchair friendly and built in accordance to EU standards. There are lifts to access the property on the first floor and paths to access the grounds.
Coast / Beach
The golden beach - playa Esquirol can be seen from the balcony of the apartment. The beaches in Vilafortuny and Salou are also close-by and well worth spending a day enjoying them while eating a paella in one of their numerous beach restaurants.
Golf
Aigüesverds golf course is between Cambrils and Reus and the 3 new golf courses - part of the Port Aventura Theme Park are less than 15 minutes away.
Travel
Reus Airport is approximately 15 minutes drive from the apartment. Good services at low rates are available from Ryanair. Car hire available at Reus and Barcelona airports.
Barcelona Airport is about one hour drive away. Easyjet flies regularly into Barcelona at economy rates.
For those not wanting to rent a car, we can organise a mini-bus for airport pickups and returns at very reasonable rates. This service can also be extended for day trips into places of interest at your request.
Distances
The old Roman town of Tarrragona is about 20 minutes away with its stunning cathedral and Roman ruins.
Barcelona is easily accessible by road or rail and average travelling time is about one hour.
For those wishing to see rural Spain, there are very many interesting villages within a short drive depicting the true Spain, steeped in history.
Further Details
Port Aventura / Universal Studios is only a 10 minute drive or you can take the train/bus or taxi.
There are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes & supermarkets along the main promenade that links Cambrils to Salou.
Costa Caribe water park is only a 10 minute drive by car or bus.
Aquapolis water and dolphin park is 15 minutes drive away.
