Luxury three bedroom fully furnished apartment sleeps six (two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom). It has two bathrooms, (one with massage shower and the other with bath and shower), a fully equipped kitchen, TV and DVD player. The apartment is built to a very high standard and has marble flooring throughout. It has a large lounge dining area with views of the sea. The balcony is ideal for alfresco dining with a nice bottle of wine or cold beer on beautiful warm evenings as it over looks the gardens and pools.
The apartment can be accessed by stairs or lift and is wheelchair accessible. The property has central heating for the winter months.

Changeover day
We don’t have a preferred changeover day. Any day is good as long as we have availability. Check-in time around 4pm. Check out time by 10am.

Outside
Near all amenities. Cafes, Bars, supermarkets & public transport are all at hand and within walking distance. There is a large free parking lot in front of the block of apartments and only a few streets away from the beach and the marina.
Wheelchair Friendly
The apartment, grounds, and corridor widths are constructed to EEC standards and are wheelchair accessible throughout.
Coast / Beach
The sandy beaches of Cambrils are within walking distance, as are shops and restaurants.
Golf
Three golf courses nearby, one within a 10 minute drive. For the golf addicts, interesting and challenging courses of reasonable standard can be found at about 25 km away.
Travel
Reus Airport is approximately 15 minutes drive from the apartment. Good services at low rates are available from Ryanair. Car hire available at Reus and Barcelona airports.
Barcelona Airport is about one hour's drive. Easyjet flies regularly into Barcelona at economy rates.
Distances
The old Roman town of Tarrragona is 20 minutes away with its stunning cathedral and Roman ruins.
Barcelona is easily accessible by road or rail and average travelling time is less than one hour.
For those wishing to see rural Spain, there are very many interesting villages within a short drive depicting the true Spain, steeped in history.
Further Details
Port Aventura / Universal Studios is only a 15 minute drive or you can take the train/bus or taxi.
Plentiful bar/restaurants to suit all tastes are all within walking distance.
The beautiful fishing Port of Cambrils with its excellent seafood restaurants and shops is also within walking distance.
Costa Caribe water park is only a 15 minute drive by car or bus.
Aquapolis water and dolphin park is 15 minutes drive.
