The Villa has a large lounge dining area that looks out onto the private gardens with spectacular palm trees. There is also a magnificent private roof terrace above the tower with spectacular views and great for sunbathing. It's fully air-conditioned and has central heating for the winter months. The villa is not only close to the beach and promenade but it's also less than a five minute walk to the marina, home to numerous restaurants - some famous on the Costa Dorada.

Changeover day
Preferred changeoever day is Saturday, although depending on availability, changeover day can be flexible. Check-in time around 4pm. Check out time by 10am.

| Bedrooms: | All 3 Bedrooms have double beds. Studying the option of turning 2 of the doubles into twin bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. |

| Kitchen: | Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, etc. |

Beach towels, linen and towels are provided. Linen and towels can be changed on a weekly basis at an extra cost of 10 euros per person. |

Coast / Beach
The villa is two streets away from the beach. Therefore, the sandy beaches of Cambrils are within a 3 minute walk. The main plaza with plenty of shops and restaurants are within a 10 minute walking distance.
Golf
Three golf courses nearby, one within 10 minutes walking distance with a driving range and a nine hole course. For the golf addicts, interesting and challenging courses of reasonable standard are within a short drive.
Skiing
Andorra is two hours and a half away.
Special interest holidays
It's an ideal place to stay if you want to visit Port Aventura Theme Park.
Travel
Reus Airport is approximately 10 minutes drive from the apartment. Good services at low rates are available from Ryanair. Car hire available at Reus and Barcelona airports.
Barcelona Airport is about one hour's drive. Easyjet fly regularly into Barcelona at economy rates.
For those not wanting to rent a car, we can organise a mini-bus for airport pickups and returns at very reasonable rates. This service can also be extended for day trips into places of interest at your request.
Distances
Port Aventura / Universal Studios is only a 10 minute drive or you can take the train/bus or taxi.
Salou is about a 5 minute drive.
The old Roman town of Tarragona is 15 minutes away with its stunning cathedral and Roman ruins.
Barcelona is easily accessible by road or rail and average travelling time is less than one hour.
For those wishing to see rural Spain, there are very many interesting villages within a short drive depicting the true Spain, steeped in history.

Plentiful bar/restaurants to suit all tastes are all within a minute's walk.
Costa Caribe water park is only a 10 minute drive by car or bus.
Aquapolis water and dolphin park is 15 minutes drive..
Booking notes
A deposit is required to confirm booking, the remaining amount payable upon arrival.
In some cases a deposit of 300 euros is required and this shall be returned to the client up-on departure.
