Beautiful 4 bedroom fully furnished villa in La Pineda – Salou with views of Port Aventura and the Dragon Can roller coaster from the private terrace that leads from the master bedroom. The villa sleeps 8 people comfortably in three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom though can easily accommodate up to 9 people. It has two complete bathrooms with shower and bath and a toilet on the ground floor for extra convenience. The living room is spacious with 3 comfortable leather sofas, a large flat screen television where you can view satellite TV showing BBC & ITV channels, a DVD player and a play station for further entertainment of the younger members of the family. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads onto the back patio where there are chairs, a large dining table and a stainless steel BBQ for enjoying lazy evenings, or dining al fresco with a chilled bottle of wine or an ice-cold beer. From the back patio one can access the enclosed pool area and the children’s play ground.
The front garden at the entrance of the house is also equipped with two tables, parasols and chairs for your comfort. It’s an ideal place for sunbathing as well as all the terraces that lead from the bedrooms.
The villa has central heating for the winter months and air-conditioning in the master bedroom and hall leading to other bedrooms.

Changeover day
We don’t have a preferred changeover day. Any day is good as long as we have availability. Check-in time around 4pm. Check out time by 10am but we will do our best to accommodate you up-on arrival.

Outside
Near Port Aventura, the golf course and Aquopolis water and Dolphin park. Cafes, Bars, supermarkets & public transport are all at hand along the main coastal road / promenade.
Wheelchair Friendly
We regret to inform you that the villa is not wheelchair friendly as the bedrooms are not on the ground floor and have to be accessed via stairs.
Coast / Beach
The sandy beaches of La Pineda & Salou are within less than a 5 minute drive away. Could be walked but not recommended in the summer heat.
Golf
Three golf courses nearby. Aigüesverdes, Costa Dorada Golf & Bonmont.
Travel
Reus Airport is approximately 15 minutes drive from the villa. Good services at low rates are available from Ryanair. Car hire available at Reus and Barcelona airports.
Barcelona Airport is about one hour's drive. Easyjet flies regularly into Barcelona at economy rates.
For those not wanting to rent a car, we can organise a mini-bus for airport pickups and returns at very reasonable rates. This service can also be extended for day trips into places of interest at your request.
Distances
The old Roman town of Tarrragona is 15 minutes away with its stunning cathedral and Roman ruins.
Barcelona is easily accessible by road or rail and average travelling time is less than one hour.
For those wishing to see rural Spain, there are very many interesting villages within a short drive depicting the true Spain, steeped in history.
Further Details
Port Aventura / Universal Studios is only a 5 minute drive or you can take the train/bus or taxi.
There are plenty bars and restaurants to suit all tastes nearby.
The beautiful fishing Port of Cambrils with its excellent seafood restaurants and shops is about 15 minutes away.
Costa Caribe water park is only a 10 minute drive by car or bus.
Aquapolis water and dolphin park is less than 5 minutes away.
