Spectacular Canadian Style Villa with Private Pool only minutes from Cambrils beach, Costa Dorada

A luxurious, 5 star villa on 10000m² (2.5 acres) of land with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious lounge (has 2 leather sofas and 2 leather chairs and 2 more sofas, 4 in total) and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. The original “bodegas” have been converted into a quaint 3 bedroom property with it’s own separate kitchen, bathroom, lounge, fireplace and equipped with all the comforts from home. The house is rented as a whole so it can accommodate a large number of people if both sections of the house were used (main house & converted “Bodegas” downstairs). It’s an ideal property if teenagers are travelling with their parents as they could have their autonomy downstairs while the parents stayed in the main house and all met on the front porch near the pool.
The villa is set on an olive grove and in the enclosed garden of 2 thousand square meters, there is a private pool, a pond with fish as well as several out-door authentic BBQ’s ideal for eating out-side in the evenings.
Vinyols is a very quaint and authentic Spanish village with a spectacular church in the middle of the village square. It is also only about 5 minutes at the most to Cambrils and another five to Salou & Vilafortuny where the golden beaches are located.
Cambrils in the past was a little seaside village where the fishing boats brought the fresh fish in every day and then distributed down the coast. Today it has a spectacular marina with Yachts to die for and spectacular restaurants. In Salou you have the Port Aventura Theme Park, Golf courses, water parks, etc.
This property would allow you to experience a unique family holiday in a special villa and at the same time allowing you to take day trips to the attractions offered in the nearby villages.
Bath, hand and beach towels are provided as well as bed linen, hairdryer, iron, etc. A car is certainly advisable.

Changeover day
Preferred changeoever day is Saturday, although depending on availability, changeover day can be flexible. Check-in time around 4pm. Check out time by 10am.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The kitchen in the reformed bodega is slightly more basic but still fully equipped. It doesn’t have a dishwasher. |
| Utility Room: | The dining table seats 8. Two large leather sofas in main lounge area with TV, DVD player and DVD’s for ones entertainment. The lounge downstairs has exactly the same except the sofas are not leather. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Beach towels, linen and towels are provided. Linen and towels can be changed on a weekly basis at an extra cost of 10 euros per person. |
Notes on accommodation
A cot and high chair can also be rented at an extra cost of 5 euros a day.
If an extra bed has to be placed in along with an extra set of linen, bath & beach towels. The charge is of 10 euro extra per person and per night.

Outside
The private pool is located on the front porch of the property as well as 2 large BBQ’s.
There are 3 horse riding schools within walking distance; Antonio Santiago, Perlas de Oro & Hípica Castell.
Coast / Beach

Golf
The Aguesverdes Golf Club is only 5 mins drive away. Five other golf courses nearby, three within a 20 minute drive as they are part of the Port Aventura Golf course. For the golf addicts, interesting and challenging courses of reasonable standard can be found at about 25 km away.
Travel
Reus Airport is approximately 20 minutes drive from the villa. Good services at low rates are available from Ryanair. Car hire is available at Reus and Barcelona airports.
Barcelona Airport is about one hour and a quarter drive away. Easyjet fly regularly into Barcelona at economy rates.
For those not wanting to rent a car, we can organise a mini-bus for airport pickups and returns at very reasonable rates. This service can also be extended for day trips into places of interest at your request. Though a car is recommended.
Distances
The old Roman town of Tarrragona is 20 minutes away with its stunning cathedral and Roman ruins.
Barcelona is easily accessible by road or rail and average travelling time is less than one hour.
For those wishing to see rural Spain, there are very many interesting villages within a short drive depicting the true Spain, steeped in history.
Further Details
You could actually walk to Port Aventura / Universal Studios.
There are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants in Vinyols .
The beautiful fishing Port of Cambrils with its excellent seafood restaurants and shops is about a 15 minute drive.
Costa Caribe Water Park is only a 20 minute drive by car or bus.
Aquapolis water and Dolphin Park is 20 minutes drive.
