A lovely, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment situated in the heart of Salou, ideal for visiting Port Aventura and the Aquapolis Water Theme Parks, less than a 5 minute drive or bus ride.
The apartment sleeps 6 people comfortably and is family orientated. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other 2 with twin beds and the third bedroom with a single bed and a pull out bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one en-suite and both with baths and showers. From the lounge there is a balcony with a table and chairs. It’s an ideal spot to relax and dine al fresco. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lounge is spacious and has two large sofas, a table and chairs for 6 people, TV, DVD player & DVD’s
The tranquil location of this property is ideal and set in the heart of Salou with shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants at your doorstep.
The complex has a large pool and lawned gardens where childrem meet after they return from the beach for a swim. There are also numerous bus stops giving easy access to Port Aventura and the Aquapolis Water Theme Parks, so a car is not necessary.
The property has central heating for the winter months.

Changeover day
We do not have a preferred changeover day, any day is good as long as we have availability. Check-in time around 4pm. Check out time by 10am.

Outside
The property has a spacious balcony with a table and chairs. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes & shops are within a short walk as well as public transport. The fantastic beach and promenade of Salou is within a 10 minute pleasant walk.
Wheelchair Friendly
The complex and grounds are wheelchair friendly and built in accordance to EU standards. There are lifts to access the property on the first floor and paths to access the grounds.
Coast / Beach
The fantastic, safe, vibrant golden sandy beaches and famous beach promenade of Salou are within a short walk
Golf
Aigüesverds golf course is between Cambrils and Reus and the 3 new golf courses - part of the Port Aventura Theme Park are less than 10 minutes away.
Travel
Reus Airport is approximately 15 minutes drive from the apartment. Good services at low rates are available from Ryanair. Car hire available at Reus and Barcelona airports.
Barcelona Airport is about one hour drive away. Easyjet flies regularly into Barcelona at economy rates.
For those not wanting to rent a car, we can organise a taxi or mini-bus for airport pickups and returns at very reasonable rates. This service can also be extended for day trips into places of interest at your request.
Distances
The old Roman town of Tarrragona is about 15 minutes away with its stunning cathedral and Roman ruins.
Barcelona is easily accessible by road or rail and average travelling time is about one hour.
For those wishing to see rural Spain, there are very many interesting villages within a short drive depicting the true Spain, steeped in history.
Further Details
Port Aventura / Universal Studios is only a 5 minute drive or you can take the train/bus or taxi.
There are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes & supermarkets along the main promenade that links Salou to Cambrils..
Costa Caribe water park is only a 5 minute drive by car or bus.
Aquapolis water and dolphin park is 8 minutes drive away.
